This Privacy Policy explains how Top Flow Lifestyle LLC, a Utah limited liability company doing business as DanManTools ("DanManTools," "we," "us"), collects, uses and shares information through danmantools.com and our apps and tools (the "Services").

Information you give us. This includes your name, company, email, phone, billing details, messages you send us, form submissions, your signed agreements and your acceptance records. An acceptance record includes the name you typed, the date and time, and the agreement version.

Business data you store in the tools ("Your Data"). This includes leads, contacts, notes, photos, plans and campaigns. You control this data. We process it only to provide the Services to you.

Automatic information. This includes device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring pages, and cookies or similar technologies used by our website host and analytics tools.

Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

• Website editions of DanMan Leads and DanMan Reach store Your Data in your own browser on your device, using local storage and IndexedDB. We do not receive that data unless you send it to us, for example in a support request or a backup file you share.
• Hosted editions store Your Data with our hosting providers so that you and your authorized team members can reach it.
• AI features. When you use them, the content you submit is sent to the AI provider you connect, such as Anthropic, under your own API key. That provider handles it under its own terms and privacy policy.

We use information to:

• provide, maintain, secure and improve the Services;
• create and manage accounts, subscriptions and billing;
• keep records of license and agreement acceptance;
• answer support requests and send service notices, including renewal notices; and
• send marketing about DanManTools, which you can opt out of at any time.

We may also use information to prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only:

• with service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics and AI processing, under obligations to protect it;
• when the law requires it, or to protect rights, safety and property;
• as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets; or
• with your consent or at your direction.

Our website and its host may use cookies for site functions, analytics and security. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work without them.

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed for the purposes above. Signed agreements and acceptance records are kept for at least as long as the agreement is in effect, plus any period required for legal, tax or dispute purposes. You can delete browser-stored tool data yourself at any time.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect your devices, passwords and API keys.

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing team@danmantools.com. You may unsubscribe from marketing email with the link in any message. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will respond as those laws require. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

The Services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

If you store other people's contact information in the tools, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use it. That includes following email, text and calling laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the new version with a new effective date, and give notice of material changes.
