Yes — every DanMan Build plan includes unlimited users at no extra charge. Add your estimators, project managers, field crew, and office staff without watching the bill climb.
Do I need to sign an annual contract?+
No contracts required. All plans are month-to-month. If you want to save money, you can choose annual billing and get 2 months free — but it's never mandatory.
How do AI plan takeoffs work and are they included?+
Upload a PDF set of plans and our AI reads the drawings to generate a material and labor takeoff automatically. AI takeoffs are included on the Pro and Team plans. Starter users can upgrade at any time.
Are there limits on AI credits?+
Pro includes a generous monthly AI credit allowance that covers typical estimating workloads. Team includes expanded credits. If you hit your limit, additional credits are available as an add-on — we'll never cut you off mid-project.
How is my data backed up?+
Your project data is backed up automatically every 24 hours to redundant cloud storage. Team plan customers receive point-in-time restore capability. You can also export your data at any time in standard formats.
